Option 1: Come by in person
Visit us directly at our shop:

Mon. – Thu.: 09:00 – 12:00 & 13:30 – 17:00
Friday: 09:00 – 12:00 & 13:30 – 16:00
The shop remains closed during public holidays, the BEA trade fair, the OLMA trade fair, and company holidays.
Option 2: Send device to us
Send your bamix along with your details to:

We will carefully examine your appliance and identify the defect.
IMPORTANT:
Please ensure that your own address is clearly visible on the package or enclosed within it so that we know where to return it.
You do not need to announce or register the repair shipment.
this is how we charge
Repairs up to CHF 60.–
We will carry these out directly without prior consultation. You will receive your
repaired Bamix, including the invoice, conveniently delivered to your home.
Repairs over CHF 60.–
You will receive a cost estimate free of charge.
