Speed levels

Level 1: Use when the liquid does not completely cover the protective cover, or for light, airy preparations such as whipped cream, fruit foam, or meringue.

Level 2: Always use as the standard setting – especially for hard foods and larger quantities.

02

Putting on and taking off

Place the bamix® on the bottom of the container for a few seconds.
Then tilt it slightly and slowly pull it up along the side.

If the ingredients are no longer being drawn along, place the bamix® on the bottom again and repeat the process until the desired consistency is reached.

03

Wrist movement

Work with a gentle twisting motion of the wrist.
Lift the bamix® slightly and let it glide back down—never press or push. The fineness of the result depends on the processing time.
Tip: Cover the container with your free hand to prevent splashes.

04

Mixing & Blending

Lower the bamix® into the container at an angle, switch it on and stir slowly.
Important: The high speed does the blending—you just guide it.
Always switch it off before removing it to avoid splashing.

05

After use

Remove the attachment after each use. Before processing, switch off the appliance and unplug it.

06

Retighten the blades

The blades are designed to be retensioned. If they feel loose, carefully press the spring plate down further with pliers, as described in the instructions.
